- Delivery: specifications, prioritization, backlog administration, Q&A, mockups, daily supervision of the entire delivery process with Agile Scrum methodology.

- Product optimization: A/B testing, data and KPI analysis, user interviews and participation in the implementation of a corporate user club.
- Sales enablement: participation in the production of a corporate video, collection of feedback from sales teams, production of sales materials and business cases.

Wavestone is a leading company in IT consulting.
- Corporate missions: production of the strategic plan for the prototyping of a smart watch in an industry 4.0; development of an IoT ecosystem for a smart city project; implementation of the Agile @ Scale (SAFe) method in an IT department.
- Internal initiatives: management of a new business development unit; facilitation of a workshop about Ethics by design in UX/UI; member of the newsletter team.

Go Management is a coaching company that accompanies leaders and managers in their transformation.
I created the website from scratch using WordPress and CSS in 2017. I also provide frequent updates and technical maintenance since then.
Co-creator @ eGEA
eGEA (formerly GEApp’) is an iOS and Android application designed for students and the pedagogical team of IUT GEA Lyon 1 (350+ daily users).
I co-created then co-managed this application via a CMS from 2015 to 2017. The project has since been taken up by the next promotions that I regularly support.

P.E. Cayral is a French writer.

I’ve always had a strong interest in topics related to ethics in technology, which is why I chose this problematic. Besides, the subject of my M1 thesis was « Personal data collection & consumer surveillance ».
